We work directly with the brewers at these breweries. Each week, we up-cycle a portion of their spent grain into a nutritious food source (our mushrooms), available year round to the wonderful people of NW Michigan.

Without these people, our full-circle agro-economic dreams would never come to fruition. Our mushrooms can decompose tough organic material into the necessary building blocks for healthy soil, but it's up to our composters to do something with them.
